Karma has taken on a colloquial meaning and is one of the most misinterpreted aspects of Yoga. Science based research reveals we have on the average of 80,000 thoughts of which 95% are repeating, and 80% are self-negating. When we recognize the patterns of the storyline we repeatedly manifest and the roles we tend to play, we discern the design of our karma. Once recognized, our story is rewritten as a love story that unlocks a new destiny.
