- Immerse yourself in the timeless teachings of the PataƱjali Yoga SÅ«tra, exploring Yoga as a path of psycho-spiritual maturation through the living practice of Yama and Niyama.
- Cultivate a somatic understanding of emotion and psychology, discovering how embodied awareness becomes a gateway to awakening consciousness.
- Deepen your understanding of Yogaās methodology, philosophy, psychology, and practical application through an expanded inquiry into functional alignment, structural integrity, and embodied movement principles.

Sundays - Fridays
7:30 am - 1:30 pm

6 Äsana class bundle: $250
6 Day Immersion option: $750

Meals are not included in the tuition. Students will be responsible for bringing their own lunch, snacks, and water for the day.Ā

Cancellation policyĀ
Yoga Hanalei reserves the right to cancel any teacher training if there are fewer than 10 participants registered one weekĀ prior to the event start date. Upon cancellation of a training by Yoga Hanalei, all deposits will be returned in full.Ā Our policy for student cancellation provides the student with a 50% refund of their deposit, plus any other completed payments if we are notified of cancellation 30 days prior to the start of the teacher training. Any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the start of training or thereafter will not be eligible for a refund.
