Summary: In this conversation Bhāvani shares what she’s learning in her current undertaking of Ida Rolf Structural Integration. Bhāvani elucidates on her experience of shifting from yoga as a “performative experience” to one of experiential education, “Right knowledge does nothing for our soul. It’s more about the process of liberation from constricting ideals,” says Bhāvani. Once again we are reminded of our ability to “feel/see” and to trust in our organic intelligence.
